Hello once again members and staff, I come today with a post of seeking moderators for our staff. We wish to find some moderators to help around the site. Due to our booming population and recent retirement of many moderators we have run low on moderators (something we truly do need) and are opening up to you! the members to see if you wish to become a moderator and help the site Smile

A few things to keep in mind when participating for this is;
1. You must have no conflicts with any members personally
2.You must not allow your personal issues or personal opinions to get in the way
3.That you are a interesting individual who wishes to help the site grow.

We will evaluate members who sign up for such a thing by the following.

You will be given the rank of moderator, which gives you rights to approving applications and many other moderator things (that don't necessarily need mod powers) with the title, we will moderate you as an individual to see if your truly in it to support the sites growth ^^

A week will be given to you and you have that exact week to show us why we should make you a moderator :p
doing nothing isn't exactly a good way of showing it and having the excuse "there was nothing to do" isn't another one either. Find something to do! Laughing

whether it be helping someone who doesn't necessarily need the help or just looking for anything to notify staff about. ANYTHING AT ALL that you can try and help us with (no ridiculous assistance either and any ridiculous assistance that seems to be just trying to get help done to look good will be noted)

Alright here's a break down of the topics and how they work.

*If a topic says OPEN, ANYONE CAN JOIN
*If a topic says closed, people must ask to join!
*If a topic says a persons name only that person can join!
*if a topic says a group name only that group can join!
*if a topic does not have open,closed or any of the others above, YOU MUST ASK PERMISSION BEFORE ENTERING, NO EXCEPTIONS
*If a group is rivaled by another group that rivals them, rivals can enter each others topics regardless of other rules.
*Allies can enter rivaled faction fights to support

IF YOU WISH TO JOIN A RP WITH A GROUP NAME OR ONE PERSONS NAME PLEASE ASK THEM THANK YOU!

*Any role plays you are in or have must or will be bumped for reply if they are not responded to after the bump was made in a week it will be deleted and it would have never happened, So please do remember to bump the topic every now and again for replies, If your not getting one.

*To Role play you must first be approved first. By the Time your approved and if you followed all the directions for new members you should be able to role play No problem.

(If any other problems consist in a rp please speak with the person and notify them of the rp.)

Here are the elements for now. further elements will be continued into further when the approval or time has been given. For now these are the elements that we have so far.
Elements as of now do NOT have weaknesses that they usually carry due to characters being different.
Example:
water user who is immune to electricity. But electric user is strong against water users. if the user has immunity to your element the element has no effect on the user. Not all users have similar weaknesses so be sure to check their strengths and weaknesses.
