New elements list/rules

Here are the elements for now. further elements will be continued into further when the approval or time has been given. For now these are the elements that we have so far.
Elements as of now do NOT have weaknesses that they usually carry due to characters being different.
Example:
water user who is immune to electricity. But electric user is strong against water users. if the user has immunity to your element the element has no effect on the user. Not all users have similar weaknesses so be sure to check their strengths and weaknesses.

Any questions, please ask away and we shall try and answer them as best we can.
These will be the new elements to be used. All character applications should be revised and reedited to fit with new standers of elements.
